I'll be honest, I buy all of the electronics in our property and I'm an enormous household theatre guy so when I found that my wife had ordered this without my understanding for our daughters bedroom I was concerned.
Now I havent spent alot of time with all the Tv but I did install the stand which was exceptionally effortless, hooked it up and got it going.
It looks quite great even with SD shows. We have not hooked it as much as HD however mainly because thats a different $100 for a direc television receiver. But it seems to have plenty of adjustments for picture, contrast etc...
I would say for a bedroom its a quite solid buy.
